These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://rebate-hub.onrender.com (the "Site") operated by or on behalf of Energy Saving. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Energy Saving is a private field-service business. The Site is a marketing and information showcase for rebate, incentive, financing, and promotional programs that may be available to Canadian homeowners.

Energy Saving is not a government agency, utility, bank, or program administrator. Display of a program name, logo, or summary does not mean we are endorsed by or affiliated with that entity unless expressly stated.

Program facilitation, processing support, or related services may be provided in connection with RB Impact. Any separate agreement for installation, assessment, or rebate filing is between you and the applicable service provider.

Rebate amounts, eligibility rules, funding availability, application deadlines, and stacking rules are set by third-party program owners and change without notice.

Information on the Site — including totals, summaries, match results, and hero statistics — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee that you will qualify for, receive, or be able to combine any rebate, credit, loan, or promotion.

Final eligibility, approved amounts, and payment timing are determined solely by the relevant program administrator after review of your application and supporting documentation.

We strive to keep program information current and sourced from official materials, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

You are responsible for verifying program details, deadlines, and requirements with official sources before making financial or upgrade decisions.

Preview or qualification results on the Site are estimates based on the answers you provide. They are not approvals or binding offers.

Content on the Site does not constitute legal, tax, financial, engineering, or energy-audit advice. Consult qualified professionals before relying on any information for significant purchase or renovation decisions.

When you submit the qualification form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text regarding rebates, assessments, and related services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Submitting the form does not obligate you to purchase services or apply for any program.

The Site may link to external websites or official program pages. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites or programs.

Your use of third-party programs is subject to their own terms and conditions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content for commercial use without written permission.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENERGY SAVING, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, RB IMPACT, AND SITE OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY FOR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Energy Saving, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submitted information, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Any HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other installation work is governed by a separate quote, contract, or service agreement with the performing contractor.

Rebate assistance or paperwork support does not replace manufacturer, utility, or government requirements for eligible equipment, permits, inspections, or licensed installation where required.

Site design, branding, and original content are owned by Energy Saving or its licensors. Program names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your province of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
